why is western culture so afraid of death?

I think the western culture is afraid of theath first of all I not tink it's afraid. I think the society
think's the death is a regular thing, So we can't remedy and only thing we can do is not to talk about death and they don't talk about it because they love this tipe of life, the thype of life a life based in if I have more things I enjoy more the life and that makes a cicle.

well, I research some time in the inthernet and I can't found a ceremony to the person who is going to die but exists lots of different rituals about the death but it isn't in honor of the person who dies it 's only a simply way to say goodbye.

Well I can' found a ritual of passage to the death but. In my opinión if I going to die untill next week I going to organize a kind of party to say to the other people I knew (my family, friends...) bye.
